Herriman Saturday

Tuesday, October 20 1908 -- City prosecutor Woolwine is making things pretty hot for District Attorney J.D. Fredericks. Fredericks blows a lot of hot air about cleaning vice out of the city, but it turns out he conveniently turns a blind eye to selected establishments. Fredericks refuses to appear before the grand jury in his role as D.A., but says he'll testify only as a 'private citizen.'
