Wish You Were Here, from Albert Carmichael
Carmichael produced a whole series of cards (Taylor Pratt & Company Series 668) based on the 1908 hit song "Has Anybody Here Seen Kelly?". This particular one is comfortably categorized as offensive, so you won't see it shown in the slideshow that accompanies this lovely rendition of the Americanized version of the song (the original lyrics are about London sites):
