Wish You Were Here, from Reg Manning

Reg Manning's Arizona postcards were very popular -- they are ubiquitous and generally found in used condition, so we know the commonness is not just a big warehouse find.

This "travelcard" was issued in 1941 by Curteich and distributed by Lollegard Specialty Company of Tucson Arizona. It is number 4-41 in this series, which I take to mean card #4 from the 1941 series.

Comments:
My expertise with post cards is basicly in the pre-WWI era. I'm familiar with the output of Curt Teich, the card magnate of Chicago. Are you implying they changed the company imprimatur to "Curteich?" There's something of a step down in class in that.

From the reverse: "GENUINE CURTEICH-CHICAGO "C.T. ART-COLORTONE" POST CARD (REG. U.S. PAT.OFF.)"
