Herriman Saturday
December 4, 1908 -- Runner Dorando Pietri, whose unforgettably dramatic physical breakdown in the last few yards of the 1908 Olympics marathon made him a subject of worldwide fascination, is going to race fellow marathon champion John Longboat, a Canadian phenom, at Madison Square Garden. He recently did the same with John Hayes, beating him handily.
